Pro’s Gym began in the early 1990s as World Gym, serving the Columbus community for over 20 years. In 2013, the gym transitioned to Metro Fitness before being purchased by Matt Catalogna and Tarry Summers, who transformed it into Powerhouse Gym. By 2021, Matt and Tarry decided to branch out on their own, officially creating Pro’s Gym.
Over the past 10 years of ownership, they have completely remodeled the facility—adding new equipment, enhancing maintenance standards, and continuing upgrades such as a brand-new floor in the cardiovascular room and advanced training equipment.
Since opening its doors, Pro’s Gym has welcomed bodybuilders, powerlifters, and even celebrities. It has become the go-to gym in Columbus, Ohio
